This page hosts a petition for a redress of grievances, as is one of the rights afforded to us by the Constitution

The Framers of the Constitution gave us methods to change unjust laws.

I am hosting this form to gauge the level of interest in expanding the scope of the 21st Amendment to the Constitution to include all naturally occurring substances.  This would include substances like opium, cocaine, peyote, and psilocybin, among other types of narcotics.

Alcohol is not special in any regard insofar as it applies to its effects on the human body, mental health, or any other category.

It is our belief that the framers of the Constitution would have upheld this view and would not have allowed the abundance of God-given substances that our Creator has gifted us with to be prohibited.

While you may not agree with us in the scope of our ambition, we beg of you to be honest with yourself when filling out this form. We implore you to think about the following questions before filling it out:

  • Do you believe that the War on Drugs been unsuccessful?
  • Do you know anyone who has overdosed or died due to ingesting an unknown substance/quantity?
  • Have you ever tried an illegal narcotic?*
  • Would you try any type of substances if they weren’t illegal and you knew the purity of it prior to using it?
  • Do you or someone you know struggle with addiction?

*This question will not be asked in the form below.

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, please take a few moments to fill out the form below. We can change the laws surrounding drug use, possession, and sale, thereby bringing a more perfect union into being.  After you fill it out, please share it with everyone you possibly can. There is strength in numbers, and we will need a very large number of people to get on board to effect a change. This is achievable with your help and support.

Let’s do something great together.

Trial Petition

We, the undersigned, are adding our names to this Petition for a Redress of Grievances,  as is our 1st Amendment right.  We feel that the policy of drug prohibition has failed and is incompatible with the principles of liberty and autonomy that are fundamental to American life.  As such, we are writing this to our government and implore Congress to enact legislation to end the travesty of civil rights abuses known as the “War on Drugs.”

It is our belief that no God-given material should ever be subjected to prohibition and that any attempt to prohibit these substances infringes on our right to the pursuit of happiness.
